From when can I check in and by when do I have to check out?
You can access your room on the day of arrival from 3:00 pm. For organisational reasons, late check-in after 8:00 pm is only possible for an additional charge of €60.00. Check-in after 10:00 pm is not possible.
On the day of departure, your room and the Vital area are available to you until 10:00 am. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and for an additional charge.
Do I have to pay a supplement for a single room?
For solo travellers, a single room supplement of between 0% and 100% is charged, depending on the season and the chosen room type.
Can I reserve a specific room or a specific floor?
Reservations are only possible by room type. Specific room numbers, floors or tables in the dining room cannot be guaranteed.
Do children receive a discount?
Children receive a discount if they stay in their parents’ room with two adults paying the full rate. Exact prices are available on request.
Can I book my stay with breakfast only?
You can book your stay as bed and breakfast or half board. The à-la-carte restaurant is also available. Please note that no price reduction is granted for meals not consumed as part of half board.
Which services are included in my booking?

Which services are not included in my booking?
The following services are not included:
- drinks
- à-la-carte restaurant at lunchtime from 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm, last order, available without prior reservation
- locked underground garage with direct access to the hotel: €10.00 per day, subject to availability
- laundry and drying service for clothing
- supplement for New Year’s Eve dinner
Are there parking facilities for my car?
- A large car park is available free of charge to all guests and guarantees a parking space.
- An underground garage with direct access to the hotel is also available and costs €10.00 per day.
Can I bring my dog or a pet?
As there are three cats in the house, dogs are generally no longer accepted. In exceptional cases, however, one dog may be accepted for a fee of €25.00 per day.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Smoking is not permitted in the hotel and in the rooms. Ashtrays are available for smokers on terraces and balconies.
Is there room service in the hotel?
Yes, the service team will bring food and drinks to your room. An additional fee is charged for this service.
When does my booking become binding?
Your reservation becomes binding as soon as you have received confirmation from the hotel by fax, email or post. From this point onwards, the cancellation conditions apply, even if no deposit has yet been paid.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount is required when booking. This can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Please note that, in the event of cancellation, the deposit remains with us in full. Bank charges for transfers are not covered.
Is my reservation binding and are unused services refunded?
The confirmed room reservation is binding for both contracting parties. Services not used, such as meals, are not refunded.
How can I pay my hotel bill?
You can settle your bill by EC card, Visa, Mastercard or in cash. Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.
If paying by bank transfer, the full amount must have been received in the hotel’s account before your departure.

Quali condizioni di cancellazione si applicano alla mia prenotazione?
La cancellazione deve sempre avvenire in forma scritta. In caso di annullamento, la caparra non viene rimborsata.
I costi di cancellazione sono regolati come segue, ai sensi dell’art. 1382 del Codice Civile italiano:
- fino a 4 settimane prima dell’arrivo: gratuito*
- da 4 settimane a 14 giorni prima dell’arrivo: 50% del prezzo del soggiorno
- fino a 3 giorni prima dell’arrivo: 80% del prezzo del soggiorno
- meno di 3 giorni prima dell’arrivo: 100% del prezzo del soggiorno
- in caso di mancato arrivo, no-show, o arrivo tardivo: 100%
- in caso di partenza anticipata: 100%
- i servizi non usufruiti non sono rimborsabili
- queste condizioni si applicano indipendentemente dal fatto che la camera venga riaffittata
- le caparre già versate vengono rimborsate – tenendo conto delle condizioni di cancellazione – in forma di buono valido un anno dalla data di emissione. Non è previsto il rimborso in denaro.
Should I take out travel cancellation insurance?
Taking out travel insurance is recommended. This covers cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness or death of the insured person, as well as close relatives, such as children, parents and grandparents.
- Appropriate proof is required.
- The insurance must be taken out directly at the time of booking.
- The cost is approximately 5–6% of the travel price and must also be paid in the event of early cancellation.
Can I change my booking?
A free booking change is possible up to 3 weeks before arrival within the same year.
However, after a booking change, free cancellation is no longer possible. The following conditions apply:
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50%
- 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80%
- in the event of non-arrival: 100%
